If your child would like to attend a club, please complete the club booking form which the children will bring home today and return it to the school office from 8:30am on Friday 29th March 2019. Forms will not be accepted prior to this time. If your child attends Breakfast Club, please hand forms to the Breakfast Club team and they will be collected at 8:30am by the admin team. Please do not email forms prior to this date as they will not be accepted.
Children will be accepted into clubs on a first come first served basis. You will be informed whether your child has been successful in securing a place by Wednesday 3rd April 2019. Places will be allocated via ParentPay. If your child secures a place in a club, this will appear as a new payment item on your ParentPay account. You will need to consent to your child attending a club in ParentPay, and you must use the notes field to notify us of who will be collecting your child.
All payments must be made via ParentPay and must be received by Thursday 25th April 2019.
Clubs commence Tuesday 7th May 2019. Clubs finish week commencing Monday 8th July 2019 (Monday clubs will finish on Monday 15th July due to the bank holiday on Monday 6th May)
