Y2 & Y3 Multi-skills Festival – Tuesday 23rd September

Mr McLaughlin and Mrs Blenkinsop (School Games Organiser for the Kingston School Sports Partnership) organised a Multi-skills Festival for Y2 & Y3. Multi-skills provide a non-sport specific, fun, challenging and enjoyable starting point for children’s involvement in sport. The session included a wide variety of games and activities, all involving the development of skills and attributes that can be applied to a range of sports and physical activities. There were 120 participants and all who took part were motivated and very enthusiastic. A special mention to the Y6 Young Leaders, who demonstrated, supported and encouraged the children throughout the activities.
