Family support service

At our centre we have links to a full time Family Support Worker who works with families in the local community who may be requiring additional support.

Our support worker is a very experienced member of the team who has worked in children’s centres for the past three years running parenting programmes, working with families in their home and running outreach services for the centre.

We can help with:

  • General parenting advice
  • Finding out about childcare, courses or getting back to work
  • Attending appointments with you and helping with any forms
  • 1:1 support either at the centre or in your home.
  • Signposting to other services

If you feel you would benefit from this type of support please talk to a member of the Centre Team to get the process started.
