Physical education and sports

All of the activities we run help the children develop in a variety of ways including;

  • Social skills
  • Teamwork
  • Leadership
  • Discipline
  • Behaviours at competitive events
  • Engagement in a structured environment

As well as enjoying the events and interacting with other children they are able to gain knowledge and understanding through the events organised. They can then relate this to real life situations; for example, Guga fit where children and parents / carers can learn exercises which can be used at home. The children are also able to receive advice on how to live a healthy, active lifestyle. This is an example of an enrichment activity.
