We find ourselves in a new and challenging time in which we not only need to take care of our physical health but our mental health and wellbeing, too.

With schools being closed, you as parents and carers have been asked to take on additional roles and responsibilities which can at times feel overwhelming. This 10-part pack has been especially designed by the Emotional Health Service to support you to support your children.
