At King Athelstan we believe in working closely with parents and carers to support our children in partnership. Parent/carer consultation is one of the most important ways to ensure this relationship continues to support and develop your child and allows teachers to communicate your child's progress and share their next steps to improve outcomes, as well as report on their social and emotional wellbeing.

We now use the SchoolCloud online-booking system to arrange Parent/Carer Consultations. Bookings for the November consultations usually open at the end of October, and for the February/March consultations at the end of January. Consultations are 10 minutes long, and families can choose either online or in person meetings. Consultations for children with SEND last up to 20 minutes and are all in person.
