Mobile Climbing Wall
"The sky's the limit" proved itself true on Monday 23rd May as Years 2 - 6 had the exciting opportunity of having a go on Surrey Outdoor Learning's Mobile Climbing Wall. The wall was 8 meters in height with many children reaching the top!
Almost every child gave the wall a go and there were many proud faces after achieving a range of heights on the wall. Classes watched as their friends attempted the wall, singing words of encouragement as the pupils scaled the colourful wall. The children has a fantastic day and were able to reflect on what the climbing experience had taught them about courage, support and perseverance.
At the beginning I didn't want to try the climb, but once I saw some of my friends do it, I put on the helmet and made it all the way to the top! I was very proud of myself. -Year 4 pupil
