Lockdown at King Athelstan

We were advised just before 11am today that an unexploded World War II bomb has been found during building works in Fassett Road in Kingston. Our school is on the edge of the cordon which has been set up. All our children are safe. We have been advised to stay inside, and we are continuing as normal. The children will have indoor play. We will let parents and carers know what the situation is as the day progresses.
